Agreement

By downloading or using Perimeter ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License

Mighty Pickle grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Mac you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Subscriptions and purchases

Perimeter Pro (Annual) is an auto-renewable subscription priced at $9.99 per year. It includes a 14-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

Perimeter Pro (Lifetime) is a one-time purchase priced at $39.99 that unlocks all Pro features permanently.

All payments are processed by Apple. Mighty Pickle does not collect or store any payment information.

Free tier

The App may be used without a subscription. Free use is limited to a single calendar and the Solid glow pattern. Pro features are available during the 14-day trial or with an active subscription or lifetime purchase.

Intellectual property

The App and all related content, trademarks, and intellectual property are owned by Mighty Pickle. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Mighty Pickle is not liable for any missed events, meetings, or reminders. Use of the App is at your own risk.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
